Our Autism Community Group begins on February 8, 2026, running every-other Sunday through May 2, 2026. Our group is open to individuals over the age of 20 and will be an open space to communicate feelings and experiences surrounding masking, the diagnostic process/late diagnosis, coping skills and regulation techniques, peer relationship needs/experiences/support, and more.
