The first cycle of our Autism Community Group begins on October 12, 2025. Our group is open to individuals over the age of 20 and will be an open space to communicate feelings and experiences surrounding masking, the diagnostic process/late diagnosis, coping skills and regulation techniques, peer relationship needs/experiences/support, and more.
