The Other Road Counseling will be hosting a virtual parenting book group on the second Sunday of the month beginning over Zoom at 7:30pm. Bibliotherapy is a creative arts therapy centered around the use of books as being learning tools or relational sources, aiding in the understanding and processing of mental health and personal growth concepts. The books that the clinicians will read center themes of raising children, parental needs and mental health, family undertanding and support, and more. Group members can follow along in the readings if they desire, though reading the books are not required to participate in the group. Each month, the clinicians will use each book to guide themes and questions for group discussion

Reach out via email or fill out an inquiry form here to sign up for our next group meeting.
